Lee brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to Mindful Motion. As a qualified Gym Instructor (Level 2) and Personal Trainer (Level 3) with Active IQ, Lee has the credentials and experience to guide you effectively on your fitness journey. Additionally, Lee holds certifications in Olympic Weightlifting, Spinning, Box Fit, and CrossFit Level 1, as well as a Leadership in Running Fitness (LIRF) qualification. With this diverse skill set, Lee is well-equipped to provide comprehensive training programs and support tailored to your unique goals and needs, ensuring a holistic approach to your fitness and well-being.
